Getting Back on Track

I’ve been feeling pretty poorly the past few days and have been forced to cut down to an absolute minimum of activities. Today I just want to get back on track. I don’t need all that much, but at least to be able to be present in my everyday life. And so I’m taking steps towards it. Making my thai chicken soup. It’s the best when you’re sick, all that ginger and chili really get things going…

As well as listening to some nice music.

It’s not all that much, but it helps slowly getting a sense of direction and normality again. Cause it’s been crazy for a while!
